The project is a renovation of approximately a 55,000 square foot existing office space on the partial third and fourth floors.
The design included the demolition of the existing office space and ancillary spaces to convert into approximately 30 new private office spaces and 245 workstations, a reception area, hard and soft conference rooms, multipurpose room and various other support spaces.
