Mike Shannon’s Steaks & Seafood restaurant, a downtown St. Louis fixture for nearly 20 years, has moved to a new location at 7th and Market, into the former Mark Twain Bank building.
Amenities include a custom baseball “column”, displaying 320 baseballs located in the private dining area; a “Hall of Fame” banquet room; custom snugs that act as small private gathering rooms, and a two way fireplace, clad in granite. The wine vault originally served as the bank vault and has maintained the original bank vault door.
The new exterior entries are clad in granite and stainless steel and the lower patio features a two-sided bar to serve as an extension to the ballpark. Lawrence Group provided architectural and interior design services.
