Lucas Park Grille
St. Louis, Missouri
The project includes an 8,526-sf build-out in the historic Rudman Building in downtown St. Louis. The restaurant includes a bar, lounge areas, formal dining, private party dining and a general market. To be included is a deck for outdoor dining as part of the streetscape improvements on Washington Avenue.
This project also utilized federal and state historic tax credits, a façade grant issued by the City of St. Louis, as well as new market tax credits for the restaurant.
It is one of the first mixed-use developments in the Washington Avenue loft district that combined residential (48 loft apartments), 30,000 square feet of commercial office space on two floors and two restaurants on the first floor. Lawrence Group provided architectural and interior design services.
