The client’s goal was to create a broadcast headquarters building in downtown Austin with presence and credibility. Seeking an expert architecture and media design consultant, the local Time Warner affiliate engaged Lawrence Group to realize this goal. The result was a beacon in the city scape, emblematic of the role played by News 8 in the community. Within view of the Texas state capitol, and employing materials that are historically relevant to central Texas, the building is firmly linked to the fabric of Austin.
