Located in historic Benton Park, Lawrence Group restored the Polar Wave Building, a 1920’s industrial building featuring large warehouse windows and interior exposed brick.
The building is home to Shock City Studios and features a state-of-the-art production studio, control room tuned for Dolby 5.1, live room, and three isolation booths. The project has been featured in the St. Louis Business Journal.
