The project at the intersection of Manchester and McKnight involves the creation of a downtown area that includes residential, anchor retail, specialty retail and commercial space. The plan allows for pedestrian use of the area as well as street parking along Manchester Road.
The shops feature dual frontage for street front and access to rear parking.
