West County Restaurant Village

Restaurant Village is a redevelopment of a former 140,000 square foot, two story department store into an outdoor restaurant plaza, new mall entry with in line retail and a 30,000 square foot mini anchor.
The project utilizes approximately 60,000 square feet of existing building to create a new “front door” for the mall and incorporates 4 new restaurant pads arranged around an outdoor plaza to create a new destination shopping/dinning location. The plaza will incorporate outdoor seating, fountains and pedestrian amenities to create a rich outdoor experience. Associated modifications include reconfiguring the traffic flow and parking on the west side of the existing shopping center and alterations to the existing mall interior so the project blends seamlessly into the existing context.
