The Marquette - Condominium, Commercial & Retail

The Marquette project included the conversion of the 21-story Marquette Building into a multi-use 79 condominium unit and 36 apartment unit complex with 38,370 square feet of commercial space on floors two through four and 9,439 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
The current YMCA facility remains on the third and fourth floors and Niche, a home furnishing and retail showroom, occupies 5,902 square feet. Historic tax credits were used for this project.
