Park Pacific, located in downtown St. Louis, combines a 23-story art deco style historic building and a new seven-story structure, to create a 750,000 square foot mixed-use development.
The 500,000 square foot historic building, Parkside Tower, will include 230 rental apartments with 31,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 47,000 square feet of Class A office space.
A conference facility and dedicated lobby and elevators are provided for office tenants with a separate entry lobby for residents. An indoor amenity deck, with exercise facility, game room, media room and club room, will be located on the 22nd floor. An outdoor rooftop amenity deck with wading pool, grille area and downtown overlook will be located on the 23rd floor.
The new seven-story structure will include a 590 car parking garage with retail space on the ground floor. The parking structure will have direct connections to the Parkside offices and apartments via private bridges between the two buildings.
