We combined planning skill, programming ability and architectural design services to develop a unique arrangement of core spaces for this Continuing Care Retirement Community. The result maximized staff efficiencies between varying levels of care, optimized an overall sense of community, yet maintained a distinct identity within each neighborhood.
Residents living in independent apartments, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing buildings all benefit from the core of services and amenities provided throughout the campus.
St. Andrew’s Village provides life-style and care for older adults with independent living assisted living and skilled nursing on its metropolitan Denver campus.
The project components also include parking garage, commercial space, chapel and fitness center. The unit amenities comprise balconies, patios, walk-in closets, skilled-nursing care, and a fitness and wellness center with a pool, hot tub and exercise rooms.
