Henry S. Terrazas Branch Library Expansion and Renovation

The expansion added 4,600 square feet to the original 5,400-square foot structure built in 1974. The addition accommodates expanded public programs, particularly adding room for community meeting spaces; separate adult, children’s and youth services; computer technology; and staff support spaces.
A new entry facilitates pedestrian traffic flow from the adjacent neighborhood and new parking areas The project has been featured in Library Journal and American School and University’s Architectural Showcase.
