Riza Encarnación, associate principal, is a senior project manager for Lawrence Group’s healthcare studio. Riza has three decades of professional experience, specializing in healthcare since 2001. Her technical expertise, collaborative work ethic, and attention to detail have proven vital to the success of numerous major healthcare projects. Riza was the project manager for the $550 million SSM Health Saint Louis University Replacement Hospital project, completed on schedule. She was also the project manager for the award-winning SSM Health St. Mary’s Replacement Hospital completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
