The multifamily development for active seniors in Golden, Colorado accommodates 120 apartments in a four-story complex with garage parking below. The complex offers five studio, 62 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom, and eight three-bedroom units.
Interior amenities include conference and lounge space, a two-story great room with bar, private dining room, catering kitchen, fitness and yoga rooms, pub room, and golf/ski/bike storage and a pet grooming space on the garage level.
Exterior amenities include a terrace off the great room, balcony off the third floor fitness and yoga rooms, a pool, spa, sun deck, outdoor barbecue grills and community gardens. This project is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and offers amazing views and access to residents.
