As Head of Finance and Accounting at Lawrence Group, she oversees the firm’s financial operations and supports long-term growth initiatives across the organization.
Known for aligning financial strategy with organizational goals, Susan works closely with teams across the firm to foster efficiency, accountability and sustainable success. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and the Worldwide Women’s Association.
