Ignite Medical Resorts specializes in short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing conducted in a concierge-like environment. Services include clinical programming for orthopedics, stroke, cardiac and respiratory care. Resort-style amenities—including concierge services, spa facilities, chef-prepared dining, and simulated apartment settings for rehabilitation—supports the patient-centered care model.
Ignite Medical Resort St. Peters, the first in the St. Louis Metro area, is located on a five-acre site at 5101 Executive Centre Parkway, serving the greater St. Charles County area. The single-story, 60,000-square-foot facility features 69 private rooms and 12-semi-private rooms. Ignite Medical Resort Batavia is a single-story, 63,000-square-foot facility located at 2349 Main St. in Batavia, IL with 78 units and a total of 96 beds.
Delivering two nearly identical facilities in different states required navigating distinct zoning, permitting, and healthcare regulations while maintaining design consistency, schedule, and budget. Drawing on expertise across healthcare, senior living and hospitality, Lawrence Group proactively managed agency approvals, adapted to local requirements, and collaborated closely with the owner, developer Leo Brown Group, and general contractors Midas Building Group and Grand Contracting to keep both projects on track.
