The Mansion House project, is a renovation and redevelopment of an existing 1965-vintage, 29-story, 415-unit multifamily asset and attached 558 stall garage in St. Louis, MO. This riverfront high-rise is in the heart of St. Louis’ downtown core, directly adjacent to The Gateway Arch and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
The project goal is to turn the tower into a high efficiency, Class-B+ workforce housing asset through a systematic interior renovation plan that consists of upgraded unit interiors, common areas, amenities, and complete MEPFP systems replacement. Construction began in late 2025.
