City Foundry STL recently received recognition from the 2021 Building St. Louis Awards. The 15-acre mixed-use development was the winning project in the Renovation or Conversion More Than $5 Million category.
The City Foundry STL project revitalizes the old Federal Mogul site in Midtown and includes retail, entertainment and office space. The development also includes a 400-seat food hall with 20 kitchens featuring a mix of local eateries.
Lawrence Group provided architecture, interior design, graphic design and landscape architecture services for Phase 1 of the project. Phase 2, currently underway, will consist of a $115 million development, adding multifamily housing and additional office and retail space.
The Building St. Louis Awards celebrate the commercial real estate projects completed in the prior year that had the biggest impact on the region through investment, jobs created and changes to the surrounding area.
