Food Hall at City Foundry STL Celebrates Grand Opening

by Rebecca DeZeeuw

The Food Hall at City Foundry STL opened its doors to the public on Aug. 11, 2021, featuring 11 kitchens serving a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink concepts.

Each kitchen features a unique design and finishes, reflecting the diversity of global cuisines and culinary concepts. The 400-seat food hall also offers guests a first look inside the foundry complex following the multi-year restoration and renovation.

Four additional kitchens and a Fresh Thyme Market grocery store are scheduled to open this fall. Construction for anchor tenants, including an Alamo Drafthouse, will begin later this year.

Lawrence Group provided architecture, interior design, graphic design, landscape architecture and real estate development services for the development. Integrate Construction Partners also provided services for multiple tenant fit-out projects.
