Challenge
Adore Me came to Lawrence Group with the need to create a design for physical retail store concept from their established, successful online E-commerce platform. The design team was presented with the challenge of capturing the sensibilities and retail make-up of their online customer base and designing a store environment that would both showcase the product line and provide and environment of comfort and familiarity.
Solution
Lawrence Group started with a blank slate to conceptualize the Adore Me brand, striving to create an alignment between the customer’s experience online and in stores. To maximize brand cohesion, the design team went through an analysis of the demographic and personality type of shoppers that are unique to Adore Me. Ultimately the design process addressed the sensibilities of the Adore Me customer through specific colors, product display and showcase units as well as by bridging the online selection process into the store.
