DHI Communities and Lawrence Group continued their longstanding partnership with the development of a new residential community in Glendale. Arizona. For the Ascend on Glendale project, Lawrence Group provided the master planning for the apartment community, adapted the prototype apartment building exterior to the site, and designed a new prototype carriage unit. The site encompasses nearly 14 acres and provides a total of 217 apartment units over 16 apartment buildings. Lawrence Group also designed the 7,700 sf clubhouse and leasing office building unique to the site. Amenities at the clubhouse include lounge space, game room, fitness and yoga center, and business center as well as a swimming pool, private cabanas, outdoor barbeque grilling pavilions, a fire pit, playground, and a dog park.
