Amidst a period of remarkable growth, City Winery selected City Foundry STL as the site of their ongoing expansion. The upscale hospitality brand, which offers a unique culinary and cultural experience to urban wine enthusiasts passionate about music, is a perfect match for the vibrant mixed-use campus in the heart of St. Louis.
Lawrence Group served as the architect of record on the St. Louis location. Careful effort was taken to integrate City Winery’s existing brand and design standards within the context of the City Foundry campus. This included considerations for space due to the comparatively smaller square footage of the St. Louis location. This prompted the designers to leverage the site’s usable footprint through a multi-level floorplan, offering a unique guest experience while maximizing operational efficiencies.
