Panera Bread

Panera’s goal is to recreate the café experience for a new generation of bakeries and implement the remodels in all of their more than 2,500 stores nationwide. The design consists of a natural, fresh palette with more of a bistro feel. In addition to aesthetics, a large emphasis is placed on technology to help improve the customer experience including, app-based and kiosk ordering, table identification and delivery, and full catering and delivery services in each café. The goal is to make the experience faster, more efficient and visually attractive.

Lawrence Group and Panera’s relationship has developed into one of a strategic partnership. Starting with construction documentation services, Lawrence Group has moved into more of a design-assist role while continuing to provide construction and permit production.
