Steve Smith is the co-founder and CEO of Lawrence Group. For more than 40 years, Steve has led the expansion of Lawrence Group from its roots as an architecture and interior design practice into a fully integrated services company, which designs, builds, develops, owns and operates real estate. Committed to the redevelopment of St. Louis, Steve has led the development of more than $500 million in historic renovation over the last 10 years. In 2018, Steve was honored for his contributions at Grand Center Inc.’s annual gala and received the Board of Advisor’s Award at Construction Forum STL’s annual Building Tomorrow Awards.
