Tyra Duren serves as Lawrence Group’s director of talent development; in this role she focuses on talent acquisition and development, talent assessment and DEIB initiatives. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her role in witnessing the impact of her team’s efforts on individuals within the organization, whether through providing growth opportunities, fostering a culture of belonging, or championing diversity.
