Lawrence Group Hires Stacey Drake in St. Louis, Amelia Linde in New York

Lawrence Group is proud to announce the hiring of Interior Design Professional Stacey Drake at its St. Louis headquarters and Architect Amelia Linde, RA at its New York office.

Stacey Drake has nine years of commercial interior design experience, which includes corporate, healthcare and media projects, as well as the specification of furniture and the production of furniture installation drawings.

Her prior experience includes designer at V3 Studio where she collaborated with architects on hospitality and higher education projects, and designer/project manager at Vvell Studios in Maplewood, MO where she produced construction documents in Revit and developed government furniture, fixtures and equipment package documents.

Drake holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Housing & Environmental Design from Illinois State University in Normal, IL.

Amelia Linde, who will collaborate with the firm’s retail/hospitality design team, is a New York-based architect and urban designer with industry experience spanning sustainability, interiors and climate resilience. She brings a systems-thinking approach to solving complex challenges in the built environment, connecting design expertise with strategic, forward-looking solutions.

Working across public and private sectors to create impactful, sustainable outcomes, her focus is on delivering projects, but also on advancing strategic decision-making, improving process efficiencies, and aligning work with long-term business and environmental goals. She has led multi-million-dollar projects from concept through completion, managing stakeholder coordination, budget alignment and decarbonization initiatives while working as an urban designer at Local Office Landscape and Urban Design in Brooklyn, NY, and as a Project Architect for her previous employer New York-based Vocon.

Linde has dual Master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. She is a current fellow of the Urban Design Forum of New York.
